Workshopul a fost organizat \u00een cadrul celei de-a 71-a Conferin\u021be \u0218tiin\u021bifice cu participare interna\u021bional\u0103 \u201e\u0218tiin\u021ba, Ingineria \u0219i Tehnologia Alimentelor \u2013 2024 (<a href=\"https:\/\/scienwork\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/scienwork&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1731735958194000&amp;usg=AOvVaw308CPpfTo7kLEGJkfbFWh2\">https:\/\/scienwork<\/a>) .<a href=\"http:\/\/uft-plovdiv.bg\/en\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/uft-plovdiv.bg\/en\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1731735958194000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1917oWDFcQNi_mfnQJChaa\">uft-plovdiv.bg\/en\/<\/a>).\u00a0\u00cen cadrul workshopului s-a discutat stadiul proiectului E-FOOD.\u00a0Au fost analizate materialele dezvoltate p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent, ca baze de date educa\u021bionale \u0219i cursuri electronice dedicate studen\u021bilor, pentru a-i asista \u00een procesul de e-learning \u00een domeniul tehnologiei alimentare \u0219i la dezvoltarea alimentelor noi.\u00a0Scopul principal la dezvoltarea acestor materiale este de a oferi cursuri cu con\u021binut unificat studen\u021bilor din universit\u0103\u021bile partenere \u00een cadrul proiectului, iar ulterior studen\u021bilor din alte universit\u0103\u021bi pentru a facilita mobilitatea, a implementa politica de incluziune \u0219i a reduce diferen\u021bele dintre diferitele sisteme educa\u021bionale din Europa. P\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent, \u00een cadrul proiectului E-FOOD s-a format o echip\u0103 multidisciplinar\u0103 de speciali\u0219ti cu competen\u021be \u00een diverse domenii ale \u0219tiin\u021bei \u0219i tehnologiei alimentelor; echipa are experien\u021b\u0103 \u00een crearea \u0219i lucrul pe platforme de formare online (cum ar fi cele realizate \u00een timpul implement\u0103rii proiectului KNOWinFOOD, finan\u021bat tot prin programul Erasmus+). Echipa este format\u0103 din speciali\u0219ti \u00een alimenta\u021bie de la: Universitatea de Tehnologii Alimentare (coordonat\u0103 de prof. dr. ing. Georgi Kostov, manager de proiect); Universit\u00e9 \u201eClaude Bernard\u201d Lyon, Fran\u021ba (cu Pascal Dupeux ca coordonator); Universitatea din Zaragoza (avand ca coordonator pe Rafael Pagan); Universitatea din Debrecen (coordonat\u0103 de Endre Mathe); Universitatea Lucian Blaga din Sibiu (av\u00e2ndu-l pe Ion Mironescu ca \u0219i coordonator). Urm\u0103torul pas \u00een evolu\u021bia proiectului este dezvoltarea unor studii de caz pentru a stimula creativitatea \u0219i capacitatea studen\u021bilor de a rezolva probleme \u0219i de a proiecta alimente noi. Vor avea loc trei training-uri online cu studen\u021bi de la licen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i masterat \u00een domeniul alimentar. MIRONESCU Dan Ion, coordonator de proiect la ULBS<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the frame of the Erasmus international educational project &#8220;E-learning tools for Food technology and development education&#8221; E-FOOD, a team from ULBS, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Food Industry and Environmental Protection SAIAPM participated to a workshop at the University of Food Technologies\u00a0from Plovdiv, Bulgaria in October 23-26, 2024. The workshop was organized as part of the\u00a071st Scientific Conference with international participation &#8220;Food Science, Engineering and Technology \u2013 2024 (<a href=\"https:\/\/scienwork.uft-plovdiv.bg\/en\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/scienwork.uft-plovdiv.bg\/en\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1731735958194000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2uwKwXMWr9AiaLpfZK3u2f\">https:\/\/scienwork.uft-plovdiv.bg\/en\/<\/a>).\u00a0During the workshop, the status of the E-FOOD project was discussed.\u00a0The materials developed until now, as educational databases and e-courses for students to assist them in the e-learning process in the food technology field and the development of novel food, were analyzed. The main goal by developing these materials is to offer courses with unified content to students from partner universities within the project, and at a later stage to students from other universities to facilitate mobility, to implement the inclusion policy and to reduce the differences between different educational systems in Europe. Until now, in the frame of the E-FOOD project, a multidisciplinary team of specialists with competencies in various fields of food science and technology was formed; the team has experience in creating and working on online training platforms (as those realized during the implementation of the KNOWinFOOD project, funded by the Erasmus+ program, too). The team is formed by food specialists from:\u00a0University of Food Technologies\u00a0(coordinated by prof.\u00a0Dr.\u00a0Eng.\u00a0Georgi Kostov, project manager);\u00a0Universit\u00e9 &#8220;Claude Bernard&#8221; Lyon, France (with Pascal Dupeux as coordinator);\u00a0University of Zaragoza (having Rafael Pagan as coordinator); University of Debrecen (coordinated by Endre Mathe);\u00a0Lucian Blaga University from Sibiu (with Ion Mironescu as coordinator).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next step in the project evolution is to develop case studies to stimulate the students\u2019 creativity and ability in problem solving and designing novel food products.
