{"id":4354,"date":"2018-04-16T15:10:09","date_gmt":"2018-04-16T15:10:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/saiapm.ulbsibiu.ro\/?p=4354"},"modified":"2020-04-28T12:15:30","modified_gmt":"2020-04-28T12:15:30","slug":"2nd-training-in-cadrul-proiectului-knowinfood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saiapm.ulbsibiu.ro\/index.php\/2018\/04\/16\/2nd-training-in-cadrul-proiectului-knowinfood\/","title":{"rendered":"2nd  Training \u00een cadrul proiectului KNOWinFOOD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Facultatea \u0218AIAPM a organizat \u00een perioada 17 aprilie &#8211; 24 aprilie 2018 cel de al 2-lea training practic \u00een cadrul proiectului de tip Erasmus+ KNOWinFOOD<em> \u201dKnowledge triangle for food innovation by harnessing the tradition and assuring sustainability\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Un num\u0103r de 16 studen\u021bi au participa la training, c\u00e2te patru studen\u021bi din fiecare universitate partener\u0103 (ULBS Rom\u00e2nia, UFT Plovdiv Bulgaria, DU Debrecen Ungaria, IUT Lyon Fran\u021ba ), al\u0103turi de traineri de la cele patru universit\u0103\u021bi. De la facultatea noastr\u0103 au participat studen\u021bii: Valentina DAVID, IMAPA III, Andreea MIHAILA ACSA II, Beata Hajnal KALMAN IPA III, Ilie BIRSAN III IPA.<\/p>\n<p>Trainingul s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat at\u00e2t \u00een spa\u021biile ULBS (laboratoarele Facult\u0103\u021bii \u0218AIAPM \u0219i Centrul Academic), precum \u0219i la organiza\u021bii de industrie alimentar\u0103: Solina SRL Alba-Iulia \u0219i Amylon S.A. Sibiu.<\/p>\n<p>Cele dou\u0103 organiza\u021bii au g\u0103zduit activitatea practic\u0103 a trainingului, \u0219i anume <em>Innovative foods development based on traditional products and using sustainable resources.<\/em> Pentru realizarea p\u0103r\u021bii practice, studen\u021bii au lucrat ca patru echipe interna\u021bionale \u0219i au fost instrui\u021bi s\u0103 dezvolte alimente inovative pornind de la cele tradi\u021bionale \u0219i prin utilizarea resurselor durabile.
