Proiectul are ca scop principal con\u0219tientizarea publicului sibian \u0219i din jude\u021bul Sibiu cu privire la relevan\u021ba Programului Sibiu Regiune Gastronomic\u0103 European\u0103 2019. Proiectul va avea contribu\u021bie direct\u0103 \u00een atingerea obiectivului general al Programului Sibiu Regiune Gastronomic\u0103 European\u0103 2019 promov\u00e2nd \u00een acest sens rolul de catalizator al spa\u021biului universitar pentru dezvoltarea continu\u0103 a ora\u0219ului Sibiu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Echipa proiectului este alc\u0103tuit\u0103 cadre didactice apar\u021bin\u00e2nd urm\u0103toarelor structuri universitare:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Facultatea de \u0218tiin\u021be Agricole,Industrie Alimentar\u0103 \u0219i Protec\u021bia Mediului (coordonatorul proiectului)<\/li>\n<li>Facultatea de Teologie<\/li>\n<li>Facultatea de \u0218tiin\u021be Economice<\/li>\n<li>Facultatea de \u0218tiin\u021be Socio-Umane<\/li>\n<li>Facultatea de \u0218tiin\u021be<\/li>\n<li>Biblioteca Central\u0103 Universitar\u0103<\/li>\n<li>Rectorat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lansarea proiectului a avut loc \u00een data de 29.09.2017 odat\u0103 cu Noaptea Cercet\u0103torilor 2017 \u0219i a fost \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de Evenimentul gastronomic <em>Cercetare pentru m\u00e2ncare \u2013 gastronomie molecular\u0103 <\/em>\u2013 organizat de Facultatea de \u0218tiin\u021be Agricole, Industrie Alimentar\u0103 \u0219i Protec\u021bia Mediului. La acest eveniment au participat peste 100 de persoane \u0219i au inclus reprezentan\u021bi ai tuturor autorit\u0103\u021bilor din Sibiu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cadrul evenimentului gastronomic s-a urm\u0103rit realizarea \u0219i prezentarea de preparate culinare care valorific\u0103 ingredientele locale, specifice lunii septembrie apel\u00e2nd la ingerdiente specifice gastronomiei moleculare. Ca valoare ad\u0103ugat\u0103, \u0219tiin\u021ba, tehnologia \u0219i cultura s-au\u00a0 reunit pentru sus\u021binerea comunit\u0103\u021bii, \u00een cadrul evenimentului Noaptea cercet\u0103torilor, organizat anual de ULBS. Produsele gastronomice au dat savoare Nop\u021bii Cercet\u0103torilor \u0219i au delectat senzorial un public numeros sibian de toate v\u00e2rstele<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<em>Toamna se num\u0103r\u0103 bobocii<\/em> a fost al doilea eveniment gastronomic, organizat de \u0218AIAPM \u00een cadrul proiectului. Pentru studen\u021bii din primul an, octombrie este o perioad\u0103 de acomodare, un nou \u00eenceput \u00een via\u021ba lor, debutul unei etape \u00een care se vor maturiza \u0219i vor pune bazele vie\u021bii lor profesionale. \u0218i pentru ca acomodarea s\u0103 fie mai u\u0219oar\u0103, colegii din anii mai mari i-au\u00a0 r\u0103sf\u0103\u021bat cu preparate culinare \u201dca la mama acas\u0103\u201d; astfel, finalul ceremoniei de deschidere a noului an universitar din data de 2.10.2017 a fost marcat de o degustare de preparate culinare de sezon .<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proiectul \u00een ansamblul lui cuprinde activit\u0103\u021bi de documentare, cercetare \u0219i inventariere, precum inventarierea pie\u021belor agro-alimentare din Sibiu, inventarierea resurselor alimentare ale regiunii o suit\u0103 de workshop-uri seminarii \u0219i expozi\u021bii.<strong>\u00a0 <\/strong>Agenda acestor evenimente va fi publicat\u0103 pe pagina de internet a Facult\u0103\u021bii de \u0218tiin\u021be Agricole Industrie Alimentar\u0103 \u0219i Protec\u021bia Mediului.
