Programul a fost dedicat studen\u021bilor doctoranzi din domeniul alimentar, cinci dintre participan\u021bi fiind doctoranzii facult\u0103\u021bii noastre. Al\u0103turi de ei, studen\u021bii de la specializ\u0103rile Ingineria Produselor Alimentare (IPA), Controlul \u0219i Expertiza Produselor Alimentare (CEPA) ne-au reprezentat cu brio. Programul BIP a fost organizat de University of Palermo (UniPa), Department of Earth and Marine Sciences, DISTEM and Department of Agricultural, Food and Forest Sciences SAAF \u0219i coordonat de Profesor Concetta Maria Messina, UniPa.\u00a0Programul interna\u021bional \u0219i interdisciplinar propus \u00een cadrul BIP, le-a oferit studen\u021bilor cuno\u0219tin\u021be teoretice \u0219i practice avansate despre sistemele alimentare mediteraneene \u0219i non-mediteraneene.\u00a0Proiectul le-a oferit studen\u021bilor abilit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i cuno\u0219tin\u021bele necesare pentru a \u00een\u021belege rela\u021biile complexe dintre alimenta\u021bie, teritoriu, sustenabilitate, s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i nutri\u021bie, permi\u021b\u00e2ndu-le \u00een acela\u0219i timp s\u0103 conceap\u0103 solu\u021bii inovatoare care optimizeaz\u0103 resursele locale \u0219i promoveaz\u0103 dezvoltarea durabil\u0103. Al\u021bi participan\u021bi la BIP au fost studen\u021bi \u0219i cadre didactice de la alte trei universit\u0103\u021bi FORTHEM: University of Valencia &#8211; Spania, University of Mainz \u2013 Germania \u0219i University of Burgogne \u2013 Fran\u021ba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mai jos sunt c\u00e2teva testimoniale ale studen\u021bilor:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dur\u0103-Muraru Mihaela, doctoranda \u00een anul II la Inginerie Industrial\u0103: Participarea la mobilitatea Erasmus+ de tip BIP organizat\u0103 de University of Palermo a reprezentat o experien\u021b\u0103 academic\u0103 valoroas\u0103. Proiectul, axat pe sustenabilitatea industriei produselor \u0219i a resurselor marine, mi-a oferit oportunitatea de a \u00een\u021belege mai bine provoc\u0103rile actuale legate de gestionarea responsabil\u0103 a resurselor acvatice, precum \u0219i importan\u021ba colabor\u0103rii interna\u021bionale \u0219i interdisciplinare \u00een identificarea unor solu\u021bii sustenabile pentru viitor. A fost o experienta memorabila.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gabriela Precup, student\u0103 \u00een anul IV IPA: BIP-ul din Sicilia mi-a demonstrat c\u0103 educa\u021bia de top se savureaz\u0103 al dente: am combinat strategia academic\u0103 interna\u021bional\u0103 cu secretele buc\u0103t\u0103riei mediteraneene \u0219i am realizat c\u0103 un creier bine hr\u0103nit cu networking multicultural (\u0219i un tiramisu perfect) poate rezolva orice proiect european. Practic, am plecat dup\u0103 credite ECTS \u0219i m-am \u00eentors masterchef \u00een experien\u021be memorabile. Pe plan academic, colaborarea cu studen\u021bi din toat\u0103 Europa a fost cel mai frumos exerci\u021biu de diploma\u021bie cultural\u0103. Am descoperit rapid c\u0103, de\u0219i veneam din universit\u0103\u021bi diferite, am g\u0103sit mereu numitorul comun \u2014 at\u00e2t la dezbaterile din cursuri, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een jurul aceleia\u0219i mese, leg\u00e2nd prietenii care trec dincolo de orice grani\u021be.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Savin Cristina,student\u0103 \u00een anul IV IPA: Participarea la MEDiterranean Food Hub a fost de departe una dintre cele mai bune decizii din studen\u021bie. Am descoperit ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 cu adev\u0103rat inova\u021bia \u00een alimentele &#8216;blue-green&#8217; \u0219i cum putem ajuta comunit\u0103\u021bile s\u0103 se dezvolte curat. Am conversat cu oameni din \u021b\u0103ri diferite, am dezb\u0103tut concepte de &#8216;blue-green foods&#8217; \u0219i am realizat c\u0103, de\u0219i venim din culturi diferite, avem acelea\u0219i ambi\u021bii. A fost intens, obositor pe alocuri, dar foarte util. Recomand experien\u021ba celor care ar vrea s\u0103 vad\u0103 dincolo de paginile unui manual \u0219i s\u0103 simt\u0103 vibe-ul unui proiect interna\u021bional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One\u021biu Ianis, student \u00een anul IV la CEPA: Experien\u021ba Erasmus MEDiterranean Food Hub din Trapani mi-a oferit oportunitatea de a \u00een\u021belege mai bine modul \u00een care tradi\u021biile alimentare, sustenabilitatea \u0219i inova\u021bia pot contribui la dezvoltarea comunit\u0103\u021bilor locale. Am avut \u0219ansa s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b \u00eentr-un mediu interna\u021bional, s\u0103 particip la proiecte interdisciplinare \u0219i s\u0103 descop\u0103r bune practici din sectorul agroalimentar mediteranean, experien\u021be care vor contribui semnificativ la dezvoltarea mea profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pristav Ioana-Andreea, doctorand\u0103 \u00een anul I la Inginerie Industrial\u0103: Interesele mele de cercetare sunt orientate spre dezvoltarea \u0219i optimizarea proceselor tehnologice, promovarea sustenabilit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i valorificarea eficient\u0103 a resurselor.
