Demonstrarea capacit\u0103\u0163ii de a utiliza metode moderne de proiectare a produselor, tehnologiilor \u0219i instala\u021biilor\u00a0 din industria alimentar\u0103 folosind tehnici IT; Evaluarea \u0219i implementarea sistemelor moderne de conducere a\u00a0 proceselor tehnologice \u00een industria alimentar\u0103,pentru ob\u021binerea unei produc\u021bii cu calitate constant\u0103 \u0219i, \u00een acela\u0219i timp, adaptabil\u0103 la schimbare; Demonstrarea capacit\u0103\u021bii de implementare a sistemelor de management\u00a0 integrat a calit\u0103\u021bii\u00a0 \u00een industria alimentar\u0103 av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere calitatea \u0219i securitatea produselor dar \u0219i calitatea mediului \u0219i securitatea muncii; Demonstrarea capacit\u0103\u021bii de implementare a sistemelor de management \u0219i marketing \u00een condi\u021biile unei pie\u021be dinamice pentru asigurarea r\u0103m\u00e2nerii pe pia\u021b\u0103\u00a0 sau a cuceririi de noi pie\u021be de desfacere, precum \u0219i <strong>competen\u021be transversale<\/strong> \u015fi afectiv-valorice \u00een: Identificarea obiectivelor de realizat, a resurselor disponibile, condi\u0163iilor de finalizare a acestora, etapelor de lucru, timpilor de lucru, termenelor de realizare aferente \u015fi riscurilor aferente cercet\u0103rii \u0219i produc\u021biei;
