Simona Oancea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Misiunea programului de masterat ACSA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Misiunea de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u0219i de cercetare \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103 a programului de masterat \u201d<em>Asigurarea calit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi siguran\u0163ei alimentelor<\/em>\u201d const\u0103 \u00een formarea de speciali\u015fti cu \u00eenalt\u0103 calificare \u00een realizarea activit\u0103\u0163ii de implementare a sistemelor de asigurarea calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i siguran\u021bei produselor alimentare, la orice nivel, precum \u0219i de cercetare \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103 \u015fi preg\u0103tire continu\u0103 \u00een domeniul industriei alimentare, \u00een corela\u021bie cu elementele din nomenclatorul na\u021bional de calific\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<p>Programul de masterat \u201d<em>Asigurarea calit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi siguran\u0163ei alimentelor<\/em>\u201d r\u0103spunde cerin\u021belor actuale de pe pia\u021ba for\u021bei de munc\u0103, de preg\u0103tire avansat\u0103 a speciali\u0219tilor \u00een domeniul calit\u0103\u021bii produselor alimentare, asigur\u00e2nd <strong>competen\u021be profesionale<\/strong> \u00een: proiectarea, implementarea \u0219i evaluarea \u00een fabrici a sistemelor de management al calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i siguran\u021bei alimentare; realizarea\u00a0 unui sistem integrat (calitate, siguran\u021b\u0103, mediu) \u00een industria alimentar\u0103; realizarea auditului sistemelor de calitatea \u0219i siguran\u021ba alimentelor; elaborarea de proceduri standard de operare de-a lungul lan\u021bului alimentar; desf\u0103\u0219urarea de activit\u0103\u021bi de cercetare \u00een domeniul calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i siguran\u021bei alimentului, precum \u0219i <strong>competen\u021be transversale<\/strong> (aplicarea metodelor \u015fi conceptelor specifice domeniului \u015fi calific\u0103rii \u00een activit\u0103\u0163i practice \u015fi de cercetare \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103; organizarea \u015fi coordonarea unei echipe de lucru conform preg\u0103tirii profesionale pe activit\u0103\u0163i specifice domeniului \u015fi calific\u0103rii; identificarea \u015fi descrierea nevoilor \u0163int\u0103 de formare specifice domeniului).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuno\u0219tin\u021bele dob\u00e2ndite<\/strong> le asigur\u0103 absolven\u021bilor \u00een\u021belegerea legisla\u0163iei europene \u015fi interna\u0163ionale \u00een domeniul calit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi siguran\u0163ei alimentului, analiza poten\u0163ialilor contaminan\u0163i de natur\u0103 biologic\u0103, chimic\u0103, fizic\u0103 \u015fi biochimic\u0103 pe grupe de produse alimentare, descrierea sistemelor de management integrat \u00een organiza\u0163ii cu profil alimentar, cunoa\u0219terea metodelor specifice \u00een planificarea \u015fi desf\u0103\u015furarea activit\u0103\u0163ilor de audit (produs, proces, sistem), utilizarea metodelor de cercetare \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aptitudini dob\u00e2ndite<\/strong>: cunoa\u015fterea schemei logice de creare \u015fi implementare a unui Sistem de Management al Calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i Siguran\u021bei Alimentare (SMCSA), utilizarea metodologiilor specifice de cercetare pentru cre\u0219terea calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i siguran\u021bei alimentare, utilizarea echipamentelor moderne de evaluare \u0219i analiz\u0103 a calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i siguran\u021bei alimentare, metode \u015fi strategii de aplicare a managementului integrat, aplicarea principiilor \u015fi metodelor specifice \u00een planificarea \u015fi desf\u0103\u015furarea activit\u0103\u0163ilor de audit, elaborarea de proiecte profesionale \u0219i\/sau de cercetare, utiliz\u00e2nd inovativ un spectru variat de metode cantitative \u0219i calitative.<\/p>\n<p>Aceste competen\u021be, cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi sunt \u00een concordan\u0163\u0103 cu rezultatele \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii \u0219i cu standardele na\u0163ionale \u015fi interna\u0163ionale conform legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare \u00een cazul programelor de masterat (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.edu.ro\/studii-masterat\">https:\/\/www.edu.ro\/studii-masterat<\/a>)., precum \u0219i \u00een concordan\u0163\u0103 cu <a href=\"https:\/\/senat.ulbsibiu.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/300125\/2_Strategia%20ULBS_Senat_ian2025.pdf\">strategia ULBS<\/a> \u015fi cu <a href=\"https:\/\/saiapm.ulbsibiu.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Plan-strategic-Facultatea-de-SAIAPM.pdf\">strategia Facult\u0103\u0163ii de \u015etiin\u0163e Agricole, Industrie Alimentar\u0103 \u015fi Protec\u0163ia Mediului \u0218AIAPM<\/a><strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Obiectivele programului de masterat ACSA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Obiectivele programului de studii universitare de masterat \u201d<em>Asigurarea calit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi siguran\u0163ei alimentelor<\/em>\u201d din cadrul Facult\u0103\u021bii de \u0218tiin\u021be Agricole Industrie Alimentar\u0103 \u0219i Protec\u021bia Mediului (\u0218AIAPM) sunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>formarea de speciali\u0219ti \u00een domeniul Ingineriei produselor alimentare, capabili de a contribui la cre\u0219terea calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i siguran\u021bei alimentelor pe toate verigile lan\u021bului alimentar<\/li>\n<li>fundamentarea teoretic\u0103 \u0219i practic\u0103 a cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor de specialitate \u015fi dezvoltarea opticii interdisciplinare, integratoare, \u00een vederea preg\u0103tirii de speciali\u015fti competen\u0163i \u00een domeniul calit\u0103\u021bii alimentelor, diversific\u0103rii func\u021bionale a produselor alimentare \u00een concordan\u0163\u0103 cu exigen\u0163ele actuale<\/li>\n<li>cunoa\u0219terea aspectelor legate de legisla\u0163ia din domeniul protec\u0163iei consumatorilor \u0219i cea specific\u0103 agen\u0163ilor economici din industria alimentar\u0103<\/li>\n<li>stimularea interesului pentru problemele noi ridicate de cunoa\u0219terea \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103, prin participarea la programe de cercetare \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103 local\u0103, na\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi interna\u0163ional\u0103 cu teme fundamentale \u015fi aplicative din domeniile industriei alimentare<\/li>\n<li>promovarea cercet\u0103rii \u0219tiin\u021bifice prin stimularea pentru continuarea cu studii postuniversitare\/ grade didactice I \u0219i II, dar \u0219i pentru continuarea cercet\u0103rii \u0219tiin\u021bifice pentru solu\u021bionarea problemelor noi identificate \u00een domeniu &#8211;
