Acest aspect al dezvolt\u0103rii FST este la un nivel sc\u0103zut \u00een Tunisia, iar exper\u021bii FST sunt pu\u021bini. \u00cenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul universitar tunisian trebuie s\u0103 instruiasc\u0103 studen\u021bii pentru acest sector, cresc\u00e2nd astfel \u00een mod semnificativ rela\u021bia dintre universit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i organiza\u021biile de industrie alimentar\u0103.
