Monica Mironescu<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>06.05.2019, \u00een salile B404-B405<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 16px;\">Ca \u00een fiecare an, la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul semestrului II din anul universitar 2018-2019 s-a organizat cea de-a 19-a edi\u021bie a Simpozionului \u201dProdusele zaharoase noi \u2013 imagina\u021bie \u0219i design\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 16px;\">\u00cen acest an, simpozionul a fost organizat \u00een cadrul proiectului \u201dStudent-centered learning through Project Based Learning\u201d CNFIS &#8211; FDI &#8211; 2018 \u2013 0957.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 16px;\">Studen\u021bii din anul IV IPA au primit task-uri de la firma ApiLife SRL (prin d-na Cornelia Do\u0219te\u021ban, managerul firmei), \u0219i anume de a ob\u021bine \u00een laborator, caracteriza \u0219i dezvolta produse zaharoase care s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103 produse ale stupului ob\u021binute de firma ApiLife: p\u0103stur\u0103, miere, cocktail apicol, propolis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 16px;\">Studen\u021bii din anul III CEPA au primit sarcina de a elabora produse inovative cu arome originale, diferite de ce se g\u0103se\u0219te pe pia\u021b\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 16px;\">La final, studen\u021bii dela specializ\u0103rile IPA \u0219i CEPA au prezentat rezultatele activit\u0103\u021bii de inovare \u00een domeniul proiect\u0103rii, realiz\u0103rii \u0219i dezvolt\u0103rii unui concept de marketing produselor zaharoase realizate pe parcursul anului universitar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 16px;\">La simpozion au participat \u0219i reprezenta\u021bi ai industriei: Cornelia Do\u0219te\u021ban &#8211; ApiLife SRL, Adrian Cri\u0219an \u2013 Eisberg Cream SRL, Andrei Pu\u0219ca\u0219 \u2013 Amylon SA, al\u0103turi de conducerea Facult\u0103\u021bii SAIAPM: decan prof. dr. ing. Camelia Sava, prodecan conf. dr.
